Brand new brand with no household presence.
Baby Mango had product, vision, and a name - but no brand system, no store, and no way for customers to actually buy. Every day without a launch was a day of momentum lost in a category that moves on trends.
A crowded baby category where most stores look the same.
Generic Shopify themes, stock product shots, and template branding dominate the space. To stand out — and justify a premium price point - Baby Mango needed a digital presence that felt closer to a fashion label than a baby store.
No content engine to fuel paid acquisition
Paid ads only work with a strong creative. Without custom product imagery and a defined brand language, every dollar spent on ads would have been spent showing customers something forgettable.

We developed the full Baby Mango identity - name treatment, palette, tone of voice, packaging direction - designed for a premium baby DTC audience. Every brand decision was made with the e-commerce store and ad creatives in mind from day one.
Custom product imagery built for both the store and the feed.
We directed and produced a full library of custom product photography - designed to work as hero shots on the website and as scroll-stopping creative on Meta and TikTok. One asset library, two solutions.
A paid acquisition engine launched with the store.
Meta and TikTok campaigns built and live from launch day - funnelling paid traffic straight into a store that was already optimised to convert. No three-month "wait and see" gap between launch and revenue. Immediately launching into customer's socials.
